The MS Office suite provides a powerful means by which a small office environment can automate their business processes and dramatically increase the efficiency of their associates.

All the technical documentation I have written in the last 15 years has been with MS Word. Consequently, I have designed a series of templates, styles, and macros that facilitate the creation and maintenance of a wide variety of documents.

I designed and developed all the databases for my business operations using both Excel and Access, depending on the complexities of the requirements. Access is superior for managing large quantities of data and can provide a standard Windows user interface. Excel is an exceptional tool for smaller, more self-contained projects.
