Word, Excel, and Access Development
	The MS Office suite provides a powerful means by which a small office environment can automate their business processes and dramatically increase the efficiency of their associates. All the technical documentation I have written in the last 15 years has been with MS Word. Consequently, I have designed a series of templates, styles, and macros that facilitate the creation and maintenance of a wide variety of documents. I designed and developed all the databases for my business operations using both Excel and Access, depending on the complexities of the requirements.
